The transition to a data-driven business model requires precise analysis of the current state of the business and careful planning for the future model. Our mission is to assist current staff in designing the new business framework or managing transition tasks at the program level.
The data-driven design goals encompass a variety of decision-making processes related to establishing and maintaining alignment between strategic goals and decision-making. For instance, data analysis may be used used to link governance, regulation, and compliance (GRC) goals to the departmental functions throughout the company in finance, marketing, and operations.

As an example, this analysis of housing patterns uses multiple datasets to identify the behaviors of housing consumers. One dataset is from the HUD agency. HUD provides statistical housing data that covers the US Census Regions. Another dataset is derived from the Foursquare database (www.foursquare.com). Foursquare queries identify the venues located in specific locations. This study uses these sources to build models that reveal customer profiles that may be used for marketing customer segmentation purposes. Alternatively, the information regarding customer groupings, or profiles, are useful for a variety of housing purposes.
